From wherever you are starting today, I promise you that in just 10 days from now when you follow the plan outlined in the Skin Reset Program, you will be more knowledgeable and more empowered to get started on your own journey to more healthy and glowing skin. You will be feeding your cells with the nutrients they crave to repair and nourish by removing inflammatory foods from your diet, and eliminating processed and toxic foods.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and an esthetician specializing in skin health, I’m on a mission to educate and inspire people to truly transform their long-standing skin issues and frustrations into healthy and glowing skin - from the inside out.  This is a multi-faceted approach and it all starts with eating more clean, natural and nutrient-dense foods and you will be provided with fantastic recipes and meal plans all done for you as part of the Program! How The Program Works - 5 Easy Steps


  1. Download and follow the "Kitchen Clean-out Sheet".

  2. For Days 1 to 3,  follow the "3-Day Healing Cleanse".

  3. For Days 4 to 10, choose from either the "7-Day Recipes for Omnivores or Vegans"  or swap between the  two.

  4.  Download the "10 Day Skin Reset Program Snack Guide" when you are wanting a little something extra.

What Is "Detoxification"?

Detoxification is about resting, cleansing and nourishing the body and its organs from the inside out.  Your body does this naturally by removing and eliminating toxins and feeding your body with healthy nutrients. Detoxification helps to rejuvenate and protect you from disease and renew your ability to maintain optimum health.


  • Your liver is your #1 detoxifying organ.

  • It has over 500 functions!

  • It produces bile (which helps us excrete toxins), regulates carbohydrate metabolism, assists in hormone breakdown & detoxifies EVERYTHING!

In order to function optimally. We have to eat and support our five detoxifying organs for optimal health.  These organs are:

  • The skin: Our first line of defence from the elements, and is the membrane which releases harmful toxins through sweat.

  • The liver: Is our master detoxifier; It cleanses the blood and pulls toxins from the body. 

  • The kidneys: Filters out waste products from our blood which can damage skin cells and regeneration processes.

  • The colon: Is our body's final filtration organ and is the conduit for eliminating waste.

  • The lungs: Are responsible for elimination of carbon dioxide via exhalation.

Steps to maintaining good liver health:

  • Ensure proper digestion and elimination

  • Avoid environmental toxins/stressors

  • Increase water and fibre intake

  • Avoid excessive alcohol, unhealthy saturated fats (fried food) and refined sugar

  • Ensure a healthy clean diet


How To Get Started


In order to detoxify effectively, we need to eliminate the foods that are ‘clogging’ up our system. Remember, we detoxify every day! Every minute of every day our body and skin are dealing with foreign invaders from the air we breathe, to the food we eat, to what we drink and the chemicals we come into contact with - yes that also includes the products you use.  Did you know it only takes seconds for what we put on our skin to be absorbed into our blood stream?  


If we don’t eliminate the foods that cause the most stress on our detoxifying organs, how can we begin to eliminate toxic buildup and create a rejuvenating and sustainable environment for our cells to renew and thrive?

Step 1: "Kitchen Clean Out"


  • ENRICHED WHITE FLOUR - bread, cereal, baked goods, etc.

  • REFINED SUGAR – all processed sugars (see sugar substitutes sheet for alternatives)

  • PROCESSED FOODS – canned/boxed foods

  • ALCOHOL – for the entire 10-Day Skin Reset Program

  • CAFFEINE – coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks (herbal tea is ok)

  • HIGH FAT FOODS – anything deep fried or high in trans fats

  • MEAT – unless it’s grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free

Step 2: "3-day Healing Cleanse"


  • During the first three days of the 10-Day Skin Reset Program, you consume warm water (room temperature) with lemon every morning before eating or drinking anything else

  • Enjoy 3 easy to digest ‘healing’ meals a day

  • Consume 2L of water a day (feel free to add splashes of flavour with your favourite fresh fruit or veggies!)

  • Herbal teas are encouraged

  • As an option, take suggested supplements (if you are pregnant/ breastfeeding, taking prescribed medications or have existing health conditions you should to consult your pharmacist or medical doctor before taking any supplements.

  • Refer to the 10 Day Skin Reset Program "Snack Ideas" sheet if you need to eat something extra in between meals.  You can also have unlimited amounts of fruits and vegetables.

Step 3: "Clean Eating Recipes"


  • Two plans from which to choose (or combine meals between the two) for the 7 days after the 3-Day Healing Cleanse

  • There are a variety of recipes to choose from.

  • If hungry between meals, choose a healthy snack from the "Snack Ideas" sheet or have some fruits and vegetables.

  • Still avoid all of the foods listed on the kitchen clean out sheet.

  • You can (and should want to) continue eat meals such as the ones from the recipes books provided after the 10-Day Skin Reset is over. 

  • Continue to drink 2L of water a day (even in between meals and snacks)

  • Make an effort to get seven-eight hours of quality sleep every night

  • Be active for at least 30 minutes per day - e.g. walking, yoga, or even taking the stairs instead of the elevator!
