I created this program because I used to suffer from frequent breakouts and couldn't figure out why, Being an esthetician I just couldn't have bad skin, I mean I always used high end professional skincare products. It wasn't until I attended the Canadian School Of Natural Nutrition and started implementing an elimination diet to help uncover what was causing my breakouts. To my surprise when I eliminated wheat my skin cleared up. This just reinforced that having healthy skin really isn't just an outside job it was also an inside job. Now that doesn't mean your breakouts are from wheat there could be a variety of diet and lifestyle choices that could be trigging your skin issues.
I want to help people just like you uncover what may be causing your skin to not be as radiant as it once was as if I didn't figure it out I would still be suffering from these breakouts well into my 40's and wouldn't feel as confident.
