About My Journey

My professional career began over 15 years ago in esthetics at Gina's School of Esthetics in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada followed by studying all aspects of the make-up industry at Ryerson University in Toronto.  During this time, I had the privilege of working with some of the top trendsetters in the industry and catered to celebrity clientele while working at a top spa in Yorkville, an upscale Toronto neighbourhood.

Wanting to extend my knowledge and be able to help others from the inside out, I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.  I have been fortunate to be in a position to guide and educate people on the overall health benefits of eating a clean diet, detoxification and focusing on long term lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes or trends and fad diets. 
While studying nutrition I learned very quickly from personal experience the connection between skin health and what we put in our bodies. When I began experiencing increasingly negative digestive issues which was followed by breakouts.  I knew that something was not right.  Slowly over a period of time I had noticed a growing lack of energy, bloating, stiffness, inflammation and skin reactions all caused by a severe food sensitivity and hormonal imbalances.
