This has quickly become one of my favourite fruits ...yes it is a fruit although may believe it's a
vegetable. It's one of those foods that is so versatile, I will toss into my morning smoothies, make guacamole, add on top of salads and it can even become a dessert when making chocolate avocado pudding.
