Masterclass Outline

Day 1 - "INTRODUCTION"

Understanding Your Skin

This module will help you determine your true skin type, we will go over some facts vs myths and uncover the correlation between what goes into our bodies and how it can affect our skin.  

Day 2 - "AWAKENING"

Skin Conditions

I will be discussing common skin issues, concerns and causes and what you can do about them.

Day 3 - "CLEANSING"

Detoxing & Cleansing Your Skin from the inside

In this module is about the importance of detoxification.  Learn how to decrease the amount of toxins going in and how to increase the amount of harmful toxins going out.  

Day 4 - "HEALING"

Healing from Within

What does your gut have to do with skin health you ask?  Well you would be surprised to know that many skin issues stem from how well your digestive system is functioning.  If your gut isn't functioning optimally you will feel it and often times it shows up on our skin.  

Day 5 - "REJUVENATING"

Nutrients for skin health

What are antioxidants?  How do I know what vitamins and minerals will help? I will share the top 10 foods to include in your meal planning and how to incorporate them.

Day 6 - "THRIVING"

Proper nutrition for skin health
What foods could be sabotaging your skin and which ones bring out the inner glow?  

Day 7 - "GLOWING"

Our final day to glowing skin.

With so much marketing of products out there and more choices than ever before, learn more about which ingredients to look for and those to avoid. Your skin will love you for it and it'll show.

Lastly we will also focus on body care and simple lifestyle changes anyone can make that will yield long term results.
